Averion Immigration Law assists with N-400 applications for immigrants seeking citizenship who have been green card holders for at least 5 (and sometimes 3) years.

Some immigrants are not eligible to be approved for a green card because they have an immigration violation or criminal conviction that make them inadmissible under U.S. immigration laws. However, it is sometimes possible to apply for a waiver of inadmissibility that, if granted, makes the immigrant eligible for approval.
